In Ralphs onward quest to become more efficient..... This is his new set up. With his Second Genie...... he wanted the capability of going from 60 hard diamond up to 50,000 and these two machines do that.

First we start with the preforms.........

From there he starts to grind the cabs on the 60 grit hard diamond wheel , then the 120 hard diamond wheel, those are done free hand....  From there he dops the cabs.....  and continues  on to the 220 hard diamond, 280 nova wheels.

Once hes done on  the first Genie, he goes to the second one  which has the  600 nova wheel, 1200 nova wheel, 3,000 nova wheel, 8,000 nova wheel, 14,000 nova wheel and lastly  50,000 nova wheel.    By that time they are already looking good but he still goes to the super cerium polishing wheel.

Now what you really need is a clone of Ralph to stand at the other Genie. Plus a monkey to work the dop-pot!

Hey kids looks like a good set up. For me I have a king cab that is primary. If that doesnt work I have a loritone with expanadable wheels for the carbide experience. If nothing else works that seems to fill the void amazing that old tech always creeps  book11 back into our life.
