Rodents like to chew wires if you camp in their neighborhoods.  Vibration and chafing on frame can cause problems also.  If you have power to a point, connect a new wire there and run it to the back.  Tie into the wire to the back lights and see if it is the wiring there or between.  With trailer wiring it is usually easier to run new wire than find and repair breaks.
