Need help with Crystalite Crystalpad identification

Can anyone shed some light on the following - I have two Crystalpads, one is coarse textile and claimed to be final polish and the other is finer textile and is claimed to be pre-polish.  I think the identification has been mixed up when the company change hands?  some years ago.  I think the coarse textile pad should be pre-polish and the fine textile surface pad should be final polish.  If anyone has a packet of either one of these from many years back, I would appreciate that piece of information.    Thank you in advance.  I have spoken to the relevant company experts but was met with uncertainty.
