Here's a Christmas gift order for a friend of mine. It's a "Mother's" pendant with the children's stones at the top - center garnet for the oldest; left ruby for the 2nd; opal for the 3rd - Mom's stone is the large ruby in the center - bottom stones are the metaphysical complements for the children's stones - garnet > turquoise; ruby > emerald; opal > peridot The total length of the pendant is 1 3/8" tall, not including the bail. Quite small and tedious work. Not too bad for a 1st try at something like this. The center ruby seems a little off-set in the photo but not so much on the piece.

Nice job with all that fiddly work! Isn't it enough to make you go blind?

Very nice Steve....I have more and more respect for you 'artists' and your 'fine' work. I don't think I will have enough fingers left to do much more 'fine' grinding unless I get some thimbles for my phalanges.
