I wanna go! I wanna go!!!! Can anyone think of a good excuse that I can use to get my wife convinced that we should go to Caldwell, Idaho???? I think I have relatives that live there, but I would have to research who they are. Maybe a geneology research trip???
Is it going to be cold and snowy then?
I spent one winter in Idaho Falls in 1962 when I was in the Navy and boy! was it ever cold!!!

Typically I want to go out in the Owyhee mountains during this time, as the weather has typically been between 50 and 60 for the past 5 years, one year a little shower and some wind, but is only lasted for a few hours..... It is fun, I will be there prior to opening and well after closing both days.   We have the Bruneau Jasper mine owner, the Willow Creek mine owner, and the blue opal mine owner as vendors here.  Plus lots for all ages, also we will have a wonder dinosaur exhibit with eggs, skulls, etc.... Fun for the whole family.....
