I found a couple more jewelry making downloads. Sort of a hassle but they are free and pretty darn good.

They are good , I have them for a couple of years.
Full of examples and how to make your own tools for scratch.
Now I have an anvil made from a piece of old railroad track .

Yes thier not bad, a bit dated though. I've had copies of them for over 20 years. Good basic info though.

Very interesting. Thanks for posting the links. I doubt I could ever make any of the tools or jewelry items but it sure is interesting to see how they were made and with what kinds of tools.
