I had two wire-wrapping classes today, and my fingers are out of practice! The silver I worked with was okay, but one package of the square copper my students used ended up being half-hard. I don't normally try to shape half-hard with my fingertips!
Each of the students was able to do two pendants, and 13 of the 14 were satisfied with their results. (The 14th was an orthodontist tech or something and kept telling me how great she is with wire...until she actually started working with this type of wire. She then learned that all wire behaves differently, and that what's neat enough in a person's mouth isn't necessarily neat enough around a cab.)
Anyway, here are the two wraps my poor fingers were able to eek out today. :)
Sorry for the bad pictures - BOTH light bulbs for my light box are out. I really need to buy light bulbs...
