This will have 3 stones on it when I'm finished but wanted to ask there best way to close or have a clasp on this?  I want it to be comfortable and functional/easy to operate.  I've never done anything like this before so please use small words and lots of picture to explain it to me.

You could use a simple hook clasp. it's perfectly functional as-is though as a cuff.
