Now here is a community I can flow with
I just don't have any interest in most anything else anymore. Most specifically with people who don't understand or value my fascination/obsession. I swear, people get downright pissed...disgusted...jealous... rude when they finally realized not joking when I say I work with rocks and wood, prefer to be outdoors or in the shop, love tools and relish experimenting with their uses. The nerve, to not spend most of my time watching movies or television unless it's a documentary or teaching me something. I must be a tweaker because I'm always sanding or polishing something. It couldn't be that I enjoy and kinda need to be busy...it soothes my nerves and mind.
This world, or at least where I am from, has little regard for me anymore.
Hallelujah.
But it gets lonely here and there. Plus you don't learn more new techniques and stuff if you don't have anyone to talk to.
