Added a 3 mm backing so could get a nice low dome across this larger 1 3/4" cab, leaving a total of a 5 mm girdle so can possibly bezel set with 3 or maybe 4mm tape in the future.

Really pretty crypto-crystalline quartz variety of Mexican Luna with great orbs. Something that I had not ever cabbed before.

Great job George, what did you use for the backing, agate is one gem I have not worked much.
