It looks like just a length of steel rod set in place with set screws. I imagine that you could measure the diameter of the rod and find a replacement rod of the same diameter. It would probably need to be cut to length.

Just buy a piece of stainless and you won't have to worry about it again.

This cabbing machine is not mine.. So I need more than just the rod..

I need the entire setup..

I had a brain fart and could not remember how to describe the part, but now know it is simply called a cab rest.. Although I have not found one yet.
