ralph and i are doing a show this weekend. I can tell you how we setup but most of our stuff is rough rock and slabs. I have everything labled in shoe boxes. the slabs that i don't know what they are, i have in a misc. catagory. Each slab is marked with a price. As for all the rough rock, we put all the in milk crates. I have some pictures of some past shows i can post even though we have changed a few things since then. I hope this helps. I will be taking new pics this weekend.

we do about 4 a yr. The gross income ??? lmao ;D Some of the shows we have done we were happy to just break even. By the time we travel to the show ( gas) stay at a hotel, pay for the space. and eat, it sometimes is not very profitable. This year has been very bad with people out of work, etc. They don't have money for a food and rent let alone a hobby. I love to do the shows and meet the people but as for making enough money to live on, nope that hasn't worked for us. The best shows for us are the ones close to home where we don't have to spend money on hotels and food. Plus we save on the gas too. I don't want to discouage anyone, just letting you know how its worked for us.

Ralph and Mary Ann
Have you noticed a reduction in vendors suiting up and showing up recently, or choosing to stay closeer to home instead of making the investment to travel to shows further from home?

Though it is a different type of show, Rena and I still do three veterinary shows a year. The last show, the first week of December is the largest show we do. This year the attendance was way down and the number of vendors was also down. I think it is tied to the economic problems over the last year.

Your very multi talented !
Really nice group of business related services you offer.
Although.... my favorite might have to be the chopper building ! ;D
One of these days....... There is absolutely no question that I will have one.

I have a lovely bike with your name on it!! However, George, beware... owning a bike is very addicting. It is one of Rena's and my great enjoyment.
