Pretty much self explanatory. This problem is a plague on eBay and the internet.

Very common occurrence.
And of course they never altered the picture, so must be the light-source and or monitor.
Happens on every platform including here on forums and FB? dont get me going. I'm fed up with looking at Fire Agate for exactly that reason.

By the way, must be something wrong with my eyes, but, except for your last shot showing light within the jade, I can't see any blue in any of the stones shown.

What they advertise is mostly grey or grey/green. I know a person in Reno that owns some property in Guatemala. it is farm land that he leases out and the tenants collect the jadite when they work the fields (part of the lease)  and he makes trips a couple of times a year. he showed me a piece of blue jadite. and it was really blue, like sky blue and you didn't have to shine a light thru it to see the color. He said it was extremely rare and not for sale and if it was for sale I couldn't afford it anyway.
