Help - my saw is in pain...

So lately my trusty old Lortone ST-10 has been making an awful howling sound. It's coming from the stepper motor in the auto-drive. I took it apart and everything seems free moving and gears are greased. It happens intermittently, more when it's cold. But it's getting worse and worse. A loud high-pitched howling whine. Any ideas?

I doubt you have a stepper motor in there but if it is, check the control program. If it is a simple gearmotor you most likely have dry motor shaft bearings.

You can get a new little motor from Lortone, and wait till the old one dies.

The only way to do that is to feed it "Valley of Death" Wingate Pass plume agate... Send some quick!
