Thought this image captured a bit of Wabi-Sabi, the beauty of transience and imperfection. Note the disjointed sections of pink plume. This rock has been through some serious stuff.

Gorgeous piece; it really does seem to be a frozen moment in what must have been a long, violent process of formation for that material.
