Last week i have started with a new project. A big flat lap The little blue



Total spended so far:
Engine: 130 euro

Metal work:
Box
Topplate
7 x 1mm 800mm disk
1 x 3mm 800mm disk
250 euro
Wooden frame: 20 euro
Metal parts screws and suck 50 euro
Paint: 30 euro

I did the paint job my self and didnt work out great. But it wil not rust so thats good!



Tomorrow i wil add bearings to suport the plate and finish the machine

Cool! are you going to use the magnetic laps?  A friend and I Bought a 12" [ .30 m ] lap at a auction for $400.00  [360. euro ]
It came with the laps from 100 grit to 600 grit and a felt for polishing.
