I am new here just dropping into introduce myself
I am new to the lapidary art but have been a lifetime rock hounder. I live in Canon City Colorado been here for 20 years. Before moving here I lived in Wyoming and the Panhandle of Nebraska. This summer we bought our first new slab saw a Highland Park 18". I just recently got it up and running and been trying to figure it out. Until we bought the 18" saw , I was using a 8" blade in a old E10 HP combo unit to cut my rock's. What a difference between the saws, I now can cut some of what I find, lol. I am looking toward to being a member of this forum.
