The rock pattern is a knockout, almost like a flower, maybe a rose. Flip side also so that was a great selling point. I do believe you could have gotten more, but kudos on your decision when and to whom to sell it to. Good luck with the back issue, keep the group posted as to your progress. A cab posting will let us know all is well again.

Beautiful piece and congrats on the sale. I agree with the others that the lapidary arts are usually undervalued, so good move on asking for a fair price.
