Hi Folks,
My Name is Mark. Go by Magnate because I seem to trip over neat rocks were most just see ...well...rocks. I am a rock magnet supreme. MAGNATE..... My wife jokes about me talking about ...rocks. Rocks , Rocks ,Rocks . Repeat in a chicken clucking fashion for several seconds...is her famous words. This goes on until I rapidly come up with something that makes her happy. Haven't found what that might be yet. Maybe in our next 15 years.
Anyway...Glad to be here and hope to learn and share. Now let's talk about some rocks...please!

I didnt graduate from Rich Valley. I moved there back in 2005. Own a place on Ridge Road. Love it there. Own the old Moore place.
I'm originally a North Ga boy. Got more bang for my buck on land in SW VA when I retired.
