This looks like the system that came with my Cab King 8" unit. I have not had any trouble with it. Pumps water and has not missed a beat in most of a year... hope to get much more use out of it.

James, the pump is very large and says H 2.5M which I would guess mean 2.5 meter lift. The only metric sizes I know are bullets and wrenches. I think a meter is 30" or so and that should easily lift water from floor level.

2.5 meter = 8.202 099 737 5 feet I used an online metric conversion tool. Don't know why Canada switched from imperial to metric but we are stuck with it I guess.  Anyway, sounds good. Just need a few details on the trim saw now. James |

O.K. got everything hooked up.
Used two rectangular plastic containers (like blue boxes) that hold 18 gallons ( 68 liters) each.
One for fresh water and the other for waste water. Have them under the table.
Only filled the fresh water one 3/4 full so no fear of forgetting and the waste water
one overflowing onto the floor.
Drilled two holes in the old dining room table I have in my spare room.
Boy that was trouble. Really hard wood. Had to get up on top of the table
and put all my weight on the drill to get it to drill through.
Put the submersible pump in the container and run the hose up through the table
to the articulated snake-like water nozzle outlet that screws onto the back of the
Ameritool grinder/polisher. Removed the bracket and cup that was attached to
the Ameritool so could screw it at the back.
Then ran a plastic tube from the Ameritool water outlet through the other hole in the table
and into the waste bucket.
One thing that was good was that the tube from the pump is only half the diameter of the outlet
tube so no worry about feeding more water that the outlet can take. Don't have to worry about
the water level in the Ameritool overflowing or even worse - getting into the motor.
The pump runs super quiet too.
Haven't run it to long yet but would probably last several hours or longer before I had to add more water.
And when I do, say add a couple of gallons of water, I will remove the same amount from the waste container.
All in all, a great pump and water feed attachment.

I run a water hose from my bathroom sink to my units and then drain out the window to the outside. I made a special wood board spacer that fits at the bottom of the window and has tight holes for the drain hoses.
Works great but doesn't look that great if you are into feng shui.
