I have included photos . I'm more concerned with the burn mark in photo three and the texture of the whiter wheel in photo two. Is there any way to fix the texture , it is very bumpy . And is there a way to fix the burn mark?
Or lastly, will either the mark or the burn mark have a negative effect on my cabs ?
Thank you

Try them out and see what happens! As far as replating or recoating them, there used to be a tutorial here, somewhere. I sent a set of wheels off to Johnson Brothers and they worked, but did not last anywhere near as long as brand new wheels from Diamond Pacific and the cost was so close to new wheels, I didn't think it was worth it. I will buy new the next time. Hope this helps!

The wheels can be saved, somewhere is a thread I contributed to that shows how I do it for myself and my Lapidary club. I use 20crt diamond 2 teaspoons of marine self levelling paint 1 teaspoon of hardener. Have the wheels turning on a barbecue rotisserie and coat the wheels with a gloved finger. The wheels seem to last about the same as new and a fraction of the cost.

Oops! See the other thread you posted; I answered this question there. I've recoated wheels twice and they work great and they're cheap.

Thank you for the reply
I'm going to try and re-coat them and  see what happens
Wish me luck
