The wife and I are always doing puzzles.  For a while I was glueing them together when finished with the intention of decorating a room with them someday.  I ended up with a stack of about 20 puzzles glued together before I realized it was a waste.  Now I put them back in the box to be reassembled another time.  There is almost always a puzzle underway on our dining room table.  Puzzles are very theraputic to me.  I can sit over one for hours.

To The Summit, #1 & I have been doing puzzles for a while, she likes cats & dragons, we also collect glass dragons from builder , Milon Townsend. For a while we collected trains, Lionel & we have them on the wall now with the puzzles too. All the puzzles she does, I glue. Was wondering what glue u use? Long ago she used a "special" glue for puzzles & after experimenting we moved on to a glue that is readily on the market & works well. With the puzzles, she rotates them to change settings as she see fit to do, she is happy with it & Ive got my glueing & missing piece operation working ok. To date she has over 40 puzzles to work with. dancer5 Good therapy for both-steve... saved2...but still toocool2. Got a few pics of the fun...

Wow, that dragon shaped puzzle is cool!  I've never done a puzzle that wasn't just a geometric shape (rectangular, round, etc).  For my wife its wolves and frogs.  Lots of both around our house.

For glue I just go to the Arts & Crafts store and buy a big bottle of Mod Podge.  I usually get the matte finish, but it doesn't really matter because I only glue the back sides of the puzzle, not the faces.

Now that's the hard way to put a puzzle together. Back side up. Boy am I impressed. Have you ever tried to put one together in the dark?

Just kidding, I can't help myself.   bricks

I can c putting a puzzle together, then turning it over to glue it is a royal pain in the rear-most tundra on my person, saved2, here is a little help to not have to deal with that, I use elmers glue, the white stuff, cheap, @ $20.00/gal., & dries clear. Easily applied with a brush carefully so as not to pickup the pieces as glue sets- all our puzzles are coated this way, both sides & helps to add rigidity to the whole,  chitchattoocool2-steve...
