Anybody hear from Don Jackson, aka Sealdaddy, on his journey to Canada. I've been a wondering how he is doing on this trip of his to a foreign land away from that sweet land of Texas.

If anyone DOES hear from him, please post and let us know.
He left on the 9th right?  In theory he should be there by now...

I think he under estimated the travel time. That is a very tough trip, especially in a rented truck. I expect a day or two before he is back on the board.

I hears back from Don's wife this morning and he is tired but still moving and going to be crossing the border mid morning eastern time and should be "home" by mid afternoon if he left his "peices" somewhere along the road... He spent the night in Bangor Maine last night.
Darlene says thank you all for your concern and she will let Don know you were inquiring ;

Don't forget that he still has to deal with Customs at the border and that can be a real bear cat if they want to be hard nosed. Good to hear that he is still moving forward and has not had any real tough problems.

 HHe made it! I was a bit worried about customs as well but it apparently went relatively well. Good to hear.
