One of my favorite stones. Jhon very good job. One of my first gift to my wife was a ring of rhodochrosite , but missed .

As has been said asianfire you with a good idea , find a set of diamond tools and some sandpaper , grit of 300 to 1200 so you can keep trying the technique of polishing.
Either way your work is very soft and pleasant lines . Maybe you should give it a polished finish or finish them further.
