Does any one know if the Prineville show has camping on site like the Madras show?

Previous years you were able to camp at the far end of the parking lot by the trees, some of the vendors camp there. It is not advertised as such but if you ask the show chairman he will usually let you. If you don't ask him,  he might ask you to leave.
There are lots of camping areas within a half hour drive if it is full, so it usually isn't a big concern.

The camping there at the Pow Wow is handy, especially if you are a dealer, but given the Rodeo is also going on at the same time, it is noisy, and the rest rooms are closed off on the show side until very late. We will be at the reservoir.
