The motor is mounted between the 2 disc on the right. It drops down to tension the belt for the 2 on the right.
Then there is a second pulley on the motor. It drives the disc on the far left. It is tensioned in a horiz. motion. All three driven off one motor. Which is plenty of power believe me. Kinda like holding back a half a horse with your thumb.  lol
 Everything is 1to1. Don't need step down pulleys as it has plenty of power and  is variable speed.
I wish you could give it a whirl to rocknroll. I bet you wouldn't go back... Lord willin I'll be showing it in Calif. some day soon.   Later   Jim

bearings must have cost quite a bit.
6 total ???? or did you say one was direct ?
i'd also like to see the rear. i know how i'd set it up..
