Google is sure crawling our gemstone forum

I have been watching Sunday. There was an average of 100 at all times throughout the day. It is still still peaking as I am typing to almost 350 spider hits, and staying consistent.

That is great for the forum. It means we are getting indexed like crazy by all the different search engines.

I think a lot of it has to do with my new WP site. Linking back and forth between the two I think is really causing the spider bots to go crazy.

Links campaing is what i am referring too. Though its nice to provide a links page, ideally you really want people to link to you. But in order to do that, most if not all that matter. Want a resiprcal. The more you have people linking to your site/s, the more the crawls will go crazy, and in turn, the easier your site/s will be found.

I was not sure if thats what you were talking about.

I am trying to get a handle on a sidebar for the forum that will include, among other things,  the opportunity for others to link to the forum.
