A beautiful stone!!  I've never heard of Apache Turquoise, Is it a real turquoise? Where is it found?

Isn't "Apache turquoise" the marketing name for variscite?

It dose look a little like Wyoming jade, I will have to pull some jade out and look at it.
I guess I should of said,  Turquoise from the Apache Mine outside of Austen Nevada. It is a small mine run by a lady that dose most of the mining herself since her husband passed.
 She gets green and blue turquoise. I bought a few oz from her
I didn't get any blue, my wife likes green.
 There is the Apache Mine and the Apache #2  One of them produces Varicite but the owner said this was turquoise, and I believed her.
